Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
UnlimitedTests ("we", "us"), operated by PV Innovations LLC, provides digital SAT practice tests and study tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use UnlimitedTests
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If a school or district provides UnlimitedTests to you, your use is also subject to the agreement between us and your school.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information (including your birth year) when you sign up.
- One person per account — sharing an account breaks the features that track your individual progress, and isn't permitted.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- The Free plan is free and includes a limited amount of practice.
- The Pro plan unlocks additional features. Payments are processed by Stripe; paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid access until then, and partial or unused periods are not refunded except where required by law.
- We may change pricing or what each plan includes; we'll give notice of material changes, and changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
When using UnlimitedTests, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content;
- use our content to train or develop any machine-learning or AI model without our written permission;
- reverse-engineer, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use the service to cheat on or compromise the integrity of any real exam;
- abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage limits; or
- upload unlawful content or use the service to harm others.
Using the service in a way these terms don't allow automatically ends the license we grant you below.
6. AI tutor
The AI tutor is a study aid powered by a third-party model (see the Privacy Policy). Its responses are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong — always verify important explanations, and don't rely on it as your only source. We aren't responsible for decisions you make in reliance on AI-generated responses. Please don't enter sensitive personal information into tutor chats. Using the tutor is subject to fair-use and usage limits. You are responsible for making sure your school or program permits the use of AI study tools.
7. Our content, your content, and feedback
The service — including our questions, explanations, software, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own test preparation.
Content you submit (for example, notes, chat messages, or uploaded score reports) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not use your content to train AI models, and this license ends when the content is deleted (subject to the retention windows described in the Privacy Policy).
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use them freely, without obligation or compensation.
8. Trademarks
SAT®, PSAT/NMSQT®, and AP® are trademarks of the College Board. ACT® is a trademark of ACT, Inc. UnlimitedTests is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by either organization, and our practice materials are not official tests.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any particular score or outcome — your real results depend on much more than practice software — and our materials are not a substitute for the College Board's official practice. Any score guarantee we offer is defined solely by its own terms on the guarantee page.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data), or for test outcomes. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; these limitations don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
If your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the law or of someone else's rights causes us to face a third-party claim, you agree to indemnify us — that is, to cover the losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees that claim causes us. This doesn't apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach of these terms.
12. Reporting intellectual-property concerns
If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, email support@unlimitedtests.com with: (a) the work you believe is infringed, (b) where the material appears on the service, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We review reports promptly, remove material when appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
13. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or its users; if we terminate your paid plan without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of what you prepaid. Some provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute that ends up in court will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both sides consent to that venue — except where applicable law gives you other rights (for example, mandatory consumer protections or small-claims court in your home jurisdiction).
16. General terms
- Notices: we may send notices to the email on your account; electronic notices satisfy any writing requirement.
- Assignment: you may not transfer these terms or your account to anyone else; we may assign these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure: neither side is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Waiver & severability: not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it; if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Entire agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
